Welcome to our KD Give Back event!

Our Objective: The goal for this year’s KD Give Back is simple: to provide the children of Selfless Together with the basics of exercise, promote health, and, most importantly, show them the joy of physical activity. We want to help them realize that exercise can be fun and accessible to everyone, regardless of their circumstances.

At KD Trainer, we believe in the power of movement to transform lives. Being blessed to do what we love to do, we want to express our gratitude by giving back to the community that has built us. That’s why we’ve partnered with Selfless Together in Penang to make a meaningful impact on the lives of marginalized children who have little to no access to education.

By joining our cause, you become an essential part of this meaningful journey. We’re calling on our incredible community, the KD Trainer Client Circle, all clients, old and new to help us raise the funds necessary or be part of it to make this event a success. Here are 2 ways you can help:

Option #1 Donation

Where Your Contributions Go:

• Transportation: We are taking 80 children with us, and we want to ensure they can attend the event without any transportation trouble.
• Food: We’ll be providing light breakfast and lunch for the children.
• Gifts for All Children: Every child deserves a little something special. Your contributions will help us provide each child with a memorable token of the day.
• Education: To the ongoing efforts of providing education to the children.

Option #2 Become a “Trainer for a Day”

We invite our dedicated clients to consider becoming a “Trainer for a Day.” It’s a unique opportunity to share your passion for fitness with these children and be a part of their transformation. Also, you get to switch roles and be us for a day!

WHAT IS KD GIVE BACK?

• KD Give Back is a community service program carried out by KD Trainer (a personal training company in Penang) every year. We are grateful that we have the opportunity to do what we love to do and recognize that some are not as fortunate as us. So we take some time off to help those in need in the community.

WHAT IS SELFLESS TOGETHER?

• Selfless Together is a Malaysian NGO from Penang that aims to help children who have no access to school education while also empowering and uplifting marginalised communities.

HOW CAN I HELP?

• Donate: Your financial contributions can make a real difference in these children’s lives. Every donation counts, no matter how big or small.
• Be A Trainer For A Day: Share your coaching experience and inspire the next generation.
• Spread The Word: Help us reach more people by sharing our Give Back with your friends or family.

WHEN AND WHERE IS KD GIVE BACK HELD?

• The event will be held on the 16th of December at the Football Field of Kompleks Belia & Sukan Pulau Pinang which will begin at 9.00 am until 12.30 pm. We will be taking the children from Selfless Together and providing them with transport to the event.

HOW DO I JOIN AS TRAINER OF THE DAY?

• You’re in for a treat! Just register on this form and we will guide you through the fun experience. 

WHERE DO THE FUNDS GO AFTER I MAKE MY DONATION?

• Transportation cost, food, drinks, event space and a gift for each child that participates in the event. If there are any additional funds after the costs have been covered, we will donate the remaining to Selfless Together as a cash donation.

HOW DO I SEE THE CURRENT COLLECTION OF THE FUNDRAISING?

• You can view the current collection of the fundraising event on this website on this page—available 24/7, updated daily.

WHEN IS THE FUNDRAISER ENDING?

• This will be a 1-month campaign and will end on the 15th of December 2021.

WHAT IS THE CURRENCY USED FOR KD GIVE BACK DONATIONS?

• All transactions will be in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). However, if you prefer to use a different method of payment, please contact us at +6011 2083 5703 and we will be glad to assist you.

IS THERE ANY REQUIREMENT TO BE A TRAINER FOR A DAY?

• No, just make sure you are healthy and fit enough to guide the children on that day. We will guide you, don’t worry.
