We have a fully equipped training studio in Bayan Baru. We have a maximum of two clients at any one time to keep it personal.

We currently do not offer any house visits unless you have a special requirement that does not allow you to travel. Extra travel charges may apply

We are open 24/7 based on appointments only. Anytime, any day of the week to offer you complete flexibility.

We are not a gym. We only offer personal training services at our training centre. The facility is specially designed to only train our beloved clients.

Beginners are welcome and it won’t be difficult. We aim to help you kick-start your fitness journey in the most enjoyable way possible. Our trainers will guide you step-by-step according to your own pace and progress gradually to ensure no harm is brought to your bodies.

No, we do not offer group classes right off the bat but we do have a group program called Small Group Personal Training for our clients who have achieved a certain level of fitness in our assessments.
