How Does It Work?
Step 1: Assess
We will begin with a verbal assessment to understand your lifestyle, daily postural habits and activity. This includes your medical history and current health conditions. We then proceed with a physical screening of the joints & muscles around your problem area.
Step 2: Identify
After the screening process, we will share with you the findings and provide you with a report that you can take home. We will then educate you with a series of strengthening exercises that you should be doing throughout your program until you are fully able to move pain-free, forever.
Step 3: Release & Recover
We will then begin your personal training session with a highly trained fitness professional. You will experience a combination of Self-Myofascial Release, Percussive Therapy, Static Stretching and Active Isolated Stretches. All these require absolutely no physical contact between you and your trainer.
